• Blank Surface ( That You Can Get Nail Polish On )
• And Of Course Nail Polish

First Un Bend The Bobby Pin

 Next Make a Splat Of Nail Polish

and take one side of the bobby pin and dip it in the nail polish!

Next Make Dots On The Nail

Simple As That!!! :)

And You Can Do More Colours And Get Something Like This!!!
